Born on 23 July 1999 in Küçük Kaymaklı, Nicosia, she completed her primary education at Gönyeli Primary School, secondary education at Atleks Sanverler Secondary School, and high school education at 20 Temmuz Science High School.She earned her bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy and Culinary Arts from Eastern Mediterranean University, graduating with High Honors in 2022. During her undergraduate studies, she worked as a student assistant at Eastern Mediterranean University, gaining valuable experience in academic environments and educational processes.Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued a master’s degree in Gastronomy at the same university. She completed her thesis entitled “Differences in Coffee Preferences Between Generations Y and Z” and received her master’s degree in 2024.In addition to her academic education, she gained professional experience in various areas of the gastronomy and food and beverage industry by working in hotels, pastry shops, and cafés. Building on her experience in professional kitchen environments, she developed a particular focus on pastry and baking, boutique pastry, bread making, baked goods and dough-based products, as well as chocolate applications.

In 2024, she began her academic career as a Lecturer at Cyprus Aydin (Ilim) University. In this role, she taught both theoretical and practical courses in the field of gastronomy, integrating her professional knowledge and industry experience into her academic work and teaching activities.She continues her academic and professional work in the field of gastronomy. Her primary areas of interest and expertise include pastry and baking, boutique pastry, bread making, baked goods and dough-based products, chocolate applications, gastronomy practices, coffee, and consumer preferences
