Lecturer Saide SADIKOĞLU

Mrs. Saide SADIKOĞLU was born on 17 May 1955 in Baku, the capital city of Azerbaijan. She completed her elementary and secondary studies at the schools of Baku. Following this, she started to her undergraduate studies at the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy in 1973. She graduated from this Academy in 1979, obtaining a degree of Master of Sciences. Between 1980-82, she conducted a 2 years course at the Scientific and Technical Information University of Baku. Following her graduation, she was employed as a librarian and information specialist and acted as an instructor of secondary schools between the years of 1982-1988.
Between 1988-1994, she has been to Algeria with her family and taught Russian for foreigners at the Soviet School. Between 1994-2000, she participated in the Ecology Society of Baku, and worked for tourism agencies.
Mrs. Sadikoglu has been working for the Near East University since 2003. Between 2003-2005, she worked as a part-time instructor in charge of teaching Russian elective courses for Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Law and High School of Tourism and Hotel Management.
She prepared a comprehensive syllabus for Russian courses and starting from 2006, she is a full-time instructor at the High School of Tourism and Hotel Management. Mrs. Sadikoglu organizes the elective courses for other faculties, too. She is married with three children.
