| Main Duties/Responsibilities |
| 1. Curriculum Development: Ensuring that academic programs are updated to meet the latest educational standards and industry demands. |
| 2. Faculty Development: Organizing professional development workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance the teaching effectiveness of faculty members. |
| 3. Teaching Quality: Monitoring teaching quality through feedback, peer evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives. |
| 4. Student Support: Providing students with academic and career-oriented training, including study skills, time management, and career planning workshops. |
| 5. Integration of Educational Technology: Encouraging the use of modern technologies in teaching and learning, such as e-learning platforms and digital resources. |

Assessment, Evaluation, and Appeals Commission
| The Assessment, Evaluation, and Appeals Commission is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the faculty’s academic programs, policies, and initiatives. |
| Main Duties and Responsibilities |
| 1. Program Evaluation: Developing and implementing systems to measure the effectiveness of academic programs, courses, and teaching methodologies. |
| 2. Student Assessment: Overseeing the design and implementation of fair and comprehensive student assessments (exams, projects, etc.) and ensuring their alignment with learning outcomes. |
| 3. Learning Outcomes Assessment: Evaluating whether students have achieved the desired learning outcomes on both individual and collective levels. |
| 4. Feedback Systems: Collecting feedback from students, faculty, and staff to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement. |
| 5. Continuous Improvement: Suggesting enhancements in teaching practices, evaluation methods, and educational offerings based on assessment results. |
| 6. Reviewing Appeals: Making decisions on appeals related to assessments and evaluations. |

Transfer and Adaptation Commission
| The Transfer and Equivalency Commission focuses on addressing the needs of students transferring between institutions or adapting to a new academic environment. |
| Main Duties and Responsibilities |
| 1. Granting Course Exemptions: Reviewing courses taken at other institutions and granting exemptions in accordance with relevant regulations. |
| 2. Student Support for Transfers: Assisting students in their transition, offering orientation programs, and ensuring their smooth integration into the faculty’s academic environment. |
