Education and Teaching Commission

The Education and Teaching Commission is responsible for overseeing and improving educational programs and professional development opportunities within the faculty.
 
Main Duties/Responsibilities
1.     Curriculum Development: Ensuring that academic programs are updated to meet the latest educational standards and industry demands.
2.     Faculty Development: Organizing professional development workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance the teaching effectiveness of faculty members.
3.     Teaching Quality: Monitoring teaching quality through feedback, peer evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
4.     Student Support: Providing students with academic and career-oriented training, including study skills, time management, and career planning workshops.
5.     Integration of Educational Technology: Encouraging the use of modern technologies in teaching and learning, such as e-learning platforms and digital resources.

Assessment, Evaluation, and Appeals Commission

The Assessment, Evaluation, and Appeals Commission is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the faculty’s academic programs, policies, and initiatives.
 
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1.     Program Evaluation: Developing and implementing systems to measure the effectiveness of academic programs, courses, and teaching methodologies.
2.     Student Assessment: Overseeing the design and implementation of fair and comprehensive student assessments (exams, projects, etc.) and ensuring their alignment with learning outcomes.
3.     Learning Outcomes Assessment: Evaluating whether students have achieved the desired learning outcomes on both individual and collective levels.
4.     Feedback Systems: Collecting feedback from students, faculty, and staff to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.
5.     Continuous Improvement: Suggesting enhancements in teaching practices, evaluation methods, and educational offerings based on assessment results.
6.     Reviewing Appeals: Making decisions on appeals related to assessments and evaluations.

Transfer and Adaptation Commission

The Transfer and Equivalency Commission focuses on addressing the needs of students transferring between institutions or adapting to a new academic environment.
 
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1.     Granting Course Exemptions: Reviewing courses taken at other institutions and granting exemptions in accordance with relevant regulations.
2.     Student Support for Transfers: Assisting students in their transition, offering orientation programs, and ensuring their smooth integration into the faculty’s academic environment.
